Aerospace structures machining

With TITAN, its latest machine, Breton has entered also the aerospace structures machining. It is a 5-axis machining center with moving cross beam specially designed for heavy milling operations, equipped with twist head for high-speed machining of Titanium, superalloys, alloy steel and light alloys. Ideal for machining complex 3D elements requiring to be milled, drilled and tapped, as for instance those in the aerospace structures machining, the manufacturing and mechanics in general.

Aerospace machining

To date the machines produced by Breton, the well-known company operating since 1963, for the aerospace machining sector have attracted a lot of attention. This machining center has been specially designed for contouring plastic materials, composites, sandwich structures and light alloys to machine complex elements for the aerospace sector.
