The ULTRIX high-speed CNC vertical milling centers with 4 or 5 continuous axes is the ideal machine for milling, horizontal and/or vertical turning and grinding of medium-sized details in superalloy, steel, aluminum and composite material. Gantry structure, Metalquartz technology and direct drive rotary tilting table can assure high production volumes with limited encumbrance and greater structural rigidity compared to a metal or simple polymeric composite structure with a vibration damping capacity 10 times higher and excellent dynamics in 5-axis vertical turning of complex elements. The particular thermo-symmetric structure of this CNC milling center and the thermal stabilizing system maximize the machining precision when operating and ambient conditions change.
