These machining centers are specially designed for milling small, medium, large and very large workpieces made of Aluminum, Steel, Titanium, special Alloys and Composite materials. All the CNC milling centers feature a gantry structure with a moving beam, and have been specially designed and developed by Breton to satisfy the demand for high-speed machining.

Vertical turning and milling center

XCEEDER 1200 RT HD is Breton's new range of high-speed vertical turning and milling centers specially designed to satisfy the most demanding requirements of the die manufacturing and aerospace precision engineering sectors. Gantry structure, Metalquartz technology, direct drive rotary tilting table are some of the innovating features which makes it possible for these vertical turning and milling centers to achieve high production volumes with limited encumbrance. Greater structural rigidity compared to a metal or simple polymeric composite structure with a vibration damping capacity ten times higher and excellent dynamics in 5-axis machining of complex elements.

Turning and milling

The new Maxima is a CNC high-speed vertical machining center with 6 continuous axes for vertical turning and milling of workpieces with diameter from 1200 up to 3500 mm made of steel, aluminum, superalloys, special alloys, composites and resin. The gantry structure with moving cross beam and the well-known 5-axes heads of these machining centers allow for milling and turning the five faces of the workpiece in a single positioning with the maximum flexibility and efficiency.
