Mold and die machining center

The wide range of Breton CNC machining centers includes various models which have been specially conceived for mold and die machining. Matrix, Flymill and Flymill HD are machining centers designed for medium, large and very large sized workpieces. On the contrary, Xceeder and Ultrix are ideal machining centers for small and medium sized pieces. Maxima 1200, 1600 and 2000 have been developed for machining molds and dies with max. diameter of 3.500mm made of composite materials, superalloys, aluminum and steel.

Vertical turning and milling center

XCEEDER 1200 RT HD is Breton's new range of high-speed vertical turning and milling centers specially designed to satisfy the most demanding requirements of the die manufacturing and aerospace precision engineering sectors. Gantry structure, Metalquartz technology, direct drive rotary tilting table are some of the innovating features which makes it possible for these vertical turning and milling centers to achieve high production volumes with limited encumbrance. Greater structural rigidity compared to a metal or simple polymeric composite structure with a vibration damping capacity ten times higher and excellent dynamics in 5-axis machining of complex elements.
