In the processing cycle, the slabs are first calibrated and then polished by the same machine: a
Levibreton KFG 4600 with
4 calibrating spindles and 12 polishing spindles.
Slab voids can then be filled, either automatically or manually, with conventional and/or U.V. mastic by passing through an intermediate line stretcher, which allows the mastic to perfectly penetrate before catalyzing. In case of not fully filled porosities, a possible retouching allows to get a perfect surface.
