The current health emergency is redesigning the world scenario and requires all of us to take shared responsibility to get out of it as soon as possible and start again, together, and stronger.

We are all part of this challenge: while health workers continue to be at the frontline for health protection, companies are making huge sacrifices to resist, safeguarding jobs and designing new strategies for recovery.

Breton is playing its role in this global puzzle, not only contributing to Assindustria's fund-raising campaign for the purchase of lung ventilators and other equipment needed to deal with this health emergency, but also providing assistance to our customers.

We would like to thank our employees in all the branches who, thanks to the home working tools and digital technologies developed over the years, keep on guaranteeing online Customer Service and relations with the Country Managers of reference.

This period is helpful for everyone to reflect and take forward all those important, but not urgent, matters that have always been postponed and on which now is the time to focus.

Sharpen your knife, quoting Stephen Covey, and get ready for the future, so you'll be prepared when all this is over.

Breton trusts in your understanding and joins in the hope that the world scenario will improve in a short time in order to return to full operation, more efficient than before. We are and will be at your side with new solutions to look to the future.

Per aspera ad astra

Luca Toncelli

President
